The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The food was very good and the location was great. On my first morning at breakfast, the dining room manager said I looked a little tired and I told him that my room was very warm and I did not sleep well. He brought me a coffee and reported my information to the front desk. The thermostat could not be changed in the room and temperature could not be adjusted so the room was quite warm. When I checked at the front, they had informed me that the manager of the dining room had reported the concern and they could move my room which I decided not to do, so they then brought a fan and opened one of the windows to help. The staff was very kind working hard to make my stay comfortable, the location was great, gym was good, food was great and staff was very attentive. The general manager Neil Li was very attentive and checked in on my stay as well which I appreciated too.

Weekend in Jinan.

Its a very nice hotel with good friendly service but also adjusted 100% to Chinese customers habits. No salt and pepper on the tables and also no sugar and milk for coffee tea in the morning. But all in all a very nice stay and very good location for walking around in the city.

새벽 3시에 체크인 했는데요, 빠르고 정확하게 한 부분 좋았습니다. 조식은 5일 중 3일 정도는 좋았고 나머지 날은 퀄리티가 조금 내려갔어요. 호텔 앞에서 택시 잡기는 조금 많이 불편합니다. DIDI 어플이 있어도 들어오는 방향이 어느 쪽인지 헷갈리는 부분도 있어요. 외국인의 경우엔 중국 현지 전화번호가 부여되는 유심칩을 껴야 하고 중국어를 수준급으로 해야 DIDI 어플을 사용할 수 있을 거에요. 객실 안 공기는 밑에서 담배연기가 올라오는 건지 다른 곳에서 향을 피우는 건지 꼬리한 냄새가 올라와서 불편했어요. 이 점은 시정해 주었으면 합니다.

너무 추운데 히터도 안되고 결국 새벽에 방을 바꾸었더니 렌즈빼놓은것과 낙서된 메모지 정리도 안되어있고 숙박예약이 안되어있다고 보증금을 2천위안받더니 체크아웃할때는 호텔스에서 결제안되어있다고 보증금을 돌려줄수없다고하고 어이없었음

整体好交通不错

1、位置非常方便，周边也很繁华，2、晚上在酒店吃的自助，内部价168/位，与潍坊的128的差不多，三纹鱼类的要等，海鲜类不太多。3、酒店比较新，但整体装作比起一些五星不精致，比如说电视墙。4、也没有其他的了，总体还行吧，在上订房显示可以送一张50元的用餐券，但办理入助时没有主动给，吃完自助不能再用了。
