"El hotel está al lado de una estación de metro. Súper confortable, el personal muy amable y dispuesto para cualquier ayuda. La habitación muy limpia, cómoda y con todos los complementos que prometen, además cada día tienes agua, café, té y snacks. El desayuno muy completo y fresco. El área de Laundry muy conveniente y sin costo adicional. Sin dudas fue una excelente estadía ! "

"Long past its prime, this hotel is in need of renovation and updating. The lack of in-room climate control was especially bothersome. Some of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful, others seemed absolutely bothered. We left after our first night and had bites to our exposed skin for the rest of our time in Shanghai, which we believe must have come from the hotel. Location is ok but not nearly as convenient as others on Nanjing Road or the the Bun. "

"Second stay at this property within 2 weeks. Fantastic location in Jing’An. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Shanghai. Both visits, the lovely staff have organised an early check in, and have been so helpful. The location is great for public transport, or for walking to local restaurants and bars. Also the Jade Buddah temple is only a 3/4 minute walk from the hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!"

"Right In the heart of the city, surrounded by endless restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Steps to multiple bus lines and subway. Our room is large and with big windows. Room service is very good! I will stay again. The only thing is the carpet, it would be super nice if the hotel can change their outdated carpet."

"The location is so good. Very near Nanjing west subway right smack in the city centre. Lots of food options and easy to get to other interesting places in Shanghai."
