"Everyone is very friendly, the room is small but very clean. The breakfast is tasty with pumpkin porridges, eggs and many other dishes. You can walk to many scenic places of the West Lake. There are also good restaurants close by. Overall the service meets or exceeds the North American standards. "

"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception was empty at the time of check-out. We had to wait for 10 - 15 minutes before someone could attend to us."
