Spacious house with gardens and great lake views, ideal for those looking for a quiet place. There are stairs to get to the house and down to the garden, but it's worth it. We only rent to families and responsible adults. Not suitable for groups consisting solely of young people, as noise policies are very strict and carry heavy fines. If you’re interested, there’s a pickleball club open to the public inside the Raquet, with a daily fee per person.
The space
The tranquility offered by this house—even with the typical sounds of the neighborhood and the town— allows you to find plenty of moments throughout the day to rest, or, if you prefer, you can enjoy a day full of activities both inside and outside the house
Guest access Inside the house, we have a pool that is consistently warm and is fed exclusively by thermal water, making it healthy. Don’t forget to bring your volleyball or soccer ball. There is a large terrace for reading, socializing, or having a drink by the pool, sunbathing, or preparing a barbecue.
Other things to note
Our support staff will be just a few steps away and will assist you with any need or situation inside the house as soon as possible. Due to construction and terrain issues in the mountains, Our House is not wheelchair accessible. For the same reason, there are many stairs, so please keep this in mind if older adults or people with disabilities will be going up and down them. Once you reach the common area—which includes two rooms at pool level, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and terrace—there are only one or two steps.
