But there are things you can improve for having excellent service: 1. You must standardize the great service to all the waiter at least they all have the same hospitality and knowledge. 2. 「Our room was on the first floor, with view at the pool. The curtains did not block the light out very well so our room was rather bright at night. Did not sleep well because of this. Also a shame that smoking is allowed in the outdoor seating areas. 」
