「To say this place has deferred maintenance would be the understatement of the century.
If you don't mind standing in the shower with two or 3 inches of water not going down the drain, then go ahead and use the shower.
If you don't mind struggling to use the key on the door, then that wouldn't be a problem.
If you don't mind standing directly in front of the air conditioner for the remote to work, then I suppose the air conditioner works fine.
If you don't mind an occasional cockroach, then I...

「Beautiful and spacious room, great bathroom, very clean. The hosts were very friendly. Outside of the bedroom, there is also a living room with a fridge and a water dispenser with filter. For us, the location was great - in a calmer area but only a quick taxi ride away from restaurants.」

「Nice garden and pool area. Very friendly staff. Good size but simple rooms. Rooms to street side very noisy including late night and very early morning. Some fixtures need up keeping: drains work so so, washrooms in lobby etc. overall a resort feel in an excellent location (walking distance to Malioboro), more 4 star than 5.」
