For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Noise Policy: No loud noise or parties after 22:00. Always be mindful and respectful of your neighbours. Laundry: Hanging laundry on the balcony is prohibited and subject to fines by the Body Corporate. ⚠️ Non-compliance will result in a R500 fine for the abovementioned House Rules. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable directly to us prior to check-in. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 3 Magwa Crescent, Waterfall city, Midrand. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.”
