ETSU family weekend

The property was a nice, clean home. The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to campus. The listing was accurate and they provided amenities to make our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay there any time I am in Johnson city.

Very clean & quiet neighborhood. ((Other than the trains going by at the wee hours of the morning)) That’s the only reason for the 4/5 stars. Owner, Nathan, was very accommodating and nice and quick to respond to my request’s. Would stay here again & bring ear plugs next time. Great location. Comfy beds. Washer/dryer in unit was a big plus.

Exceptional

The property and communications were exceptional. The house was in a pleasant neighborhood, close to everything and fully appointed - absolutely nothing was overlooked or left out. The manager was exceptional too. We arrived early and he was able to accommodate us, plus we had tech trouble with the TV and he was able to get us going without any issue. What a pleasure - we highly recommend this property.
