"Really like the clean room and bed. Very comfortable pillow and sheets, had a good sleep. Air conditioning was too strong, adjusted to 26 degrees still very strong, had to switch off in order to sleep. It would be better if there’s air freshener, to hide off the musky smell. Toiletries please change to a high class good quality brand, current one really rough on my hair. Even the smell are unpleasant, these are the things that minus away the perfect score. Breadfast already can see improvement from adding more food variety."

"Apartment is very clean and wonderfully kept. Basic amenities are provided which makes our short stay worry-free. The communication with the staff, even after we have checked in is highly responsive and effective. They are very friendly too. Definitely a new go-to venue for our JB visit in future!"

The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed.
