Almas Puteri Harbour 1 bedroom is a newly developed project at Iskandar Puteri. Best choice for a small family, couple or by yourself. The Modern design set up provides a Cosy and relaxing getaway .

With an almost-full facilities for a home stay that is situated in the Heart of Fun, Food, Entertainment and Shopping...... all within walking distance. you can simple explore Puteri Harbour yourself for a short holiday.

Unlimited wifi allows you stay connected with your friends and family.

The space
This 1 bedroom Apartment is situated on the 25th floor of Almas Puteri Harbour. Its balcony overlooks the Harbourside and beyond the horizon..

-Living Area: Bunk Bed, coffee table and a 43 inch tv for you to enjoy smart TV , Queen-sized Divan bed, A Sofa Bed, Washer, Hair Dryer, Iron facilities

-Dining Area: 4 seater dining table .

-Kitchen: Fridge, Pots and Pans, Induction stove, Kettle, Full set of cutlery,Washing Machine.

-Bathroom: Shower with Body Wash and Shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, towel is provided (4 guests)

With basic essentials provided and basic kitchen necessities, you'll feel just like your home away from home.

Common facilities at Level 7 where you can spend time to soak in the breath-taking sunset with friends & family:
- The Skydeck with Outdoor Garden on the 34th Floor
- Air conditioned Gym
- Indoor Basketball court (booking required)
- Jacuzzi and Sauna
- Lap Pool & Kids Pools (Proper and decent swimming attire required, No shorts/beach wear etc)

Other things to note
- Extra mattress, pillow, blanket (set) will be charged rm20 per day
- Room cleaning will be charged RM40 (per request)
- Smoking is allowed BUT please confine it to the balcony with glass door shut.
- All electronic items can be use by guests, please use with care

There was confusion about our booking at first but once this was resolved check in was easy. Unfortunately some work had been done on the bathroom and it was dirty but a couple of text messages and cleaners came, making it spotless. A really good experience over all.
