A pleasant stay in Bukit Indah

The location is ideal for shopping & near many good eateries. My room card did not work after we went out for dinner. Had to reactivate it at the reception. Vehicle parking was good at the basement

Some lightings in the room had issues lighting up. The buffet breakfast had slight delay topping up the food. May be due to shortage of staff. Location-wise very near to Aeon Bukit Indah and just next to McD too.

The propery location was excellent just across to the mall. Very easy to take a break in the middle of shipping and then go back and resume the shopping exercise. The hotel itself has a decent buffey breakfast, not much in terms of fanciy but it works. The rooms were basic, a bit small but clean. The Gym is outside in front. More of a excuse for a gym. Carpark in the basement and outside is suitabley sized. The room service is non existent. Not even advertised much.

Comfortable and free parking

Checked in early in the morning to beat the jam at Tuas from Singapore before heading off for a longer journey. Staff was able to accomodate an early morning check in and had a good breakfast before heading off for the long drive up north

Hotel is a short walk from Aeon Bukit Indah and there is a McDonald downstairs. Not a bad stay overall but there was renovation works on the same floor(rooms opposite and beside us was undergoing revamp) hence quite dusty.
