“The room was located next to a door to the hotel which was not locked and was completely unsafe. There were people smoking right at that door because there was an ashtray there. There was someone outside of our room chain smoking and clearly going through drug withdrawal. Definitely not worth what we paid. The pool was nice though.”

“If you are looking for a less expensive lodging option near Newport, this is a great choice. No frills, but great location and clean.”

“Hot tub did not work. Apparently it blew a breaker when another room turned on their hot tub. Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Refrigerator in breakfast area was filthy and not much was available for breakfast. Vending machine had one item in it. The dog on the property was great and john the limo driver was cool too.”

“Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.”

“The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. ”

“The room was nice, But no blackout shades very bright at night, the mini fridge was super loud and froze everything we had in it, The Hair dryer was broken but they supplied us with another one and the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, It had excellent parking and it was convenient for the hiking we were doing in the area.”

“I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close……
