“We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105). “What amazing stay! We can't say enough good things about this house in Ocean Bay Park. Our group included four couples and an 18 month old, and there was more than enough space for all of us to be together or take some time apart. The living area is big, with seating for many in front of the tv. The kitchen is very well supplied and roomy enough for a few people to cook meals together. We were concerned about our VERY active toddler, but he had plenty of space to run around and the home was as……

“Perfect for my needs. Great location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and very responsive host. One issue with crumbs on the top and bottom sheets of the bed. Host explained that the cleaning service was new and I was offered replacement sheets, but I had already brushed them off :-”

“The house was very nice but not very clean.. there was no toilet paper or hand soap in the bathroom.. there were four balls of dog hair in the corners we were told we can check in by 2:00 and we ended up sitting around till 5:30 to get access.. owner stated that the cleaning crew was cleaning the apartment which was false.. it was being cleaned by the owner who apparently lives there as I was told by the neighbors...
