There was nobody at the front desk for about 2 hours when I was trying to check in….long and behold the front desk associate was outside in his pick up vehicle, which was running & parked in the very front entrance of the building… As I came out only to calm my nerves after sitting in an empty lobby ...

The door code gave us problems but the owners gave us a key instead for the side door.The outside shower and toilet were great. There is only one bathroom downstairs which was a little annoying but we made do. Overall it was the right fit for me and my 3 kids.
