「This was a great little brownstone apartment. The apartment itself was a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom was small, but what else can you expect in NYC! Very close to 2 subway stations which was very convenient. Area of Harlem was nice/relatively safe - travelling alone I didn’t feel uncomfortable! 「Great location and spacious property perfect for a large group of friends exploring NYC. Due to its central location, the front bedrooms are extremely noisey at all hours of the day. The property is suitable and functional for a short stay, but is a little run down including broken tiles in the upstairs bathroom, rickety occasional chairs, unkept outdoor area and unstable railing on the stairs. The property manager is very responsive and helpful.」

「We took our 13 year old son to NYC for his birthday. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay! It is a short walk to the train and great place to eat, but out of the way enough that you're not right in the middle of the hustle - but just a block away! Everything was clean and nice. They even had a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher! The hosts even checked in before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was just right!」
