The room was extremely hot-around 74+ degrees. We asked twice to have someone check. Didn’t make difference. The tech who responded second time was extremely condescending and rude. We were able to open the window an inch or so for some cooler air but the outside noise was too much.

Location is amazing. Less than a block from Times Square and Subway. Bed was so uncomfortable. Elevator takes 10-15 minutes each trip. Hotel only gives 1 towel per person and changes out every other day. Room very small. Manager was unpleasant.

The room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. The room included breakfast which was extensive. The hotel was in the middle of Times Square which was fun. The only negative was that the room was too hot for sleeping. The temperature was set for 68 degrees which was the lowest the hotel would allow but the temperature never went below 70 degrees and evwn went up to 71. The hotel gave us a fan but it didn't make the room cooler.

The big issue is the elevators. In the mornings it can take thirty minutes or more to leave the building while waiting for an elevator to arrive, and often when they do they are completely full already and you must keep waiting. I can't imagine what it's like during peak season dealing with 40 floors or so with only 4 elevators. The rooms are fine for one person, but if two people are staying then they won't be able to comfortably walk past each other. The shower heads face directly out of the shower and spray a large puddle when getting in and out. The included breakfast is a nice touch, it's not anything crazy but it's a good option.

The room was great and the hot breakfast was really good. Our only complaint was the elevators. They went down on Sunday morning and we had to walk down 35 floors with a 2 and 4 year old. Thankfully they came back up before we had to go back up and retrieve our luggage.

The room was pristine and they even provided makeup wipes which was much appreciated. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early upon availability. I thought the room size was perfect for two people - I would definitely book here again!

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was a full buffet only issue I had was my ac wouldn’t run but like 2 mins and cut off for like 5 mins and then come back on for 2 mins. Wouldn’t keep room cool. Luckily we could open the window a little and it was cold outside. Overall would stay there again.

Hotel has a great location. Rooms are small, breakfast is awful, most of the time you need to wait a lot to have it (small place, super crowdy) and elevators are impossible to take. We were hosted in floor 31st and waited 10-15 mins each day to get to the lobby.

Everything was great! Would definitely stay again! Some complained of he breakfast and elevators being too busy, but for our stay these issues didn’t seem to be a huge problem for us. The staff was amazing and cleaning up during breakfast and waiting on you. The staff was accompanying with everything we needed. Great location near everything!

The location was ideal for those who want to be close to Time Square and Broadway, but everything else was terrible. The elevators were super slow, full of people, and/ or broken!! We had to take the stairs numerous times including our departure date with our luggage. When I asked for an extended checkout time to 1:30 or 2 pm because it was impossible to get an empty elevator so we wouldn’t have to carry our luggage down the stairs, the front desk clerk told me that he could not offer me that. Also, the room was super small, and we found a pair of dirty underpants on the floor between the closet and the wall. The first two days we stayed we could not find a table at breakfast so our included breakfast was not available to us. Our third and final day we finally had the breakfast but there were only a few healthy options. The eggs though were tasty! I definitely would NOT stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
