They have a right to some communication and assurance that the apartment they have paid for will be accessible if their flight is delayed. Owner refused to answer questions & delayed making clear that he would be able to get the key to us until very last possible moment. 「I really liked how quiet and clean the place was. Would 100% stay here again!!」

「The location was very convenient to the subway and the area felt safe. We had the whole upstairs which was perfect for our family of 6. I texted back and forth with the host and she answered almost immediately. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals on the trip. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine and bag of chips waiting for us on arrival which was incredibly thoughtful. All and all, a great stay.」
