"All the crew members were amazingly helpful, so the customer experience was actually pretty good. However, I would have expected cleaner rooms, specially the rug from my room looked like no one has cleaned for years. So that provided a very bad impression. For the rest, I would say it’s all ok considering it’s an express hotel."
