Not bad!
"Overall it was a nice stay. The bed was pretty hard. It is definitely dated, but it looked to be kept up nicely. I would stay here again for a short stay, but the bed was too hard for more than a night or two."

It serves the purpose
"Our stay was good. Fairly peaceful (our room was on the highway side). Had a sink that drained slow, let front desk know, it was taken care of while we were out for the day. Jacuzzi tub in our room was awesome! I will say they need to fix curtains so thru will close without blocking AC. Speaking ..."

"2 nights….. great place to stay…. Pet friendly, loved the goats and the sheepdog on the property. Really close to Bristol racetrack… asked questions to the owner and was always quick to reply. Next time, would love to stay in their new one on the same property , has an upstairs deck with hot ..."

Absolutely Wonderful
"Clean, comfortable, cozy!!! This property is great. Nice neighborhood and right on Doe River. All the extra touches are throughout the home.
