“There are many walkable places- like the Archer Theatre, restaurants, PPL center etc. The room and lobby area were very vibrant and clean. When checking in, it was a very rushed process, staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed. This was the same for the valets. Seemed overwhelmed or did not necessary have a process on retrieving vehicles. I will share that the one valet did not answer me but pointed to the check in area when I asked a question related to valeting. I was taken back by that……

“I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!”

“I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Hotel Bethlehem is a lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and quickly addressed any questions we had. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the downtown area. Colleen, one of the bartenders, makes delicious drinks. The rooms are adequate size. The fixtures in the bathtub were broken, but they provided a stopper so the tub could be used. “Tried to stay two nights for business close by. Original room given dirty with stains. Moved to another room. Also found stains and dirty carpet. Staff not much help. Left after one night. Would not issue any credit for night not stayed. Arrogant manager. Would never recommend this place with others in the area. Expedia tried to intervene with no success. Again stay away from this place!”
