Thoughtfully curated modern home where all 3 bedrooms and living room to open up to the private communal courtyard. Congregate with friends or loved ones at the pickleball court for competitive play, dip your toes in the refreshing pool or share a meal at the outdoor dinner table.

NEIGHBORDHOOD:



Our home offers beautiful views and quick access to town and local attractions. Because we’re located near a road, you may hear some traffic noise during your stay. It typically varies by time of day, but we want guests to be aware in advance.



POOL HEATING:



If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September.There will be an additional fee per day charge for this service: $350 first day, $200 second day, $100 third day onwards.



HOT TUB HEATING is free.



◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

Fenced yard: Fully fenced

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: No dirt roads

Cell phone coverage: Yes cell phone service

Outdoor Surveillance: There are exterior cameras in the front door facing the driveway for the guest's safety. No camera inside the house.



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.





◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

* Pet Fee is $100 per pet

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
