"We were a couple staying for 1 night at Shanghai Pu Dong East last week.
On check in, the front desk lady offered a room upgrade at no extra cost as part of a promotion.
When we walked in through the hotel with our luggage, every staff member was kindly trying to help us or offer us direction.
The unit was very special. Two king bed rooms with a fully operational kitchen, living room with large couch and benefit of washer/dryer!
The decor and furniture were impeccable. Bathroom and shower stunning. All very clean.
We used the hotel gym which was clean and very functional with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights and different resistance machines.
Overall just a great, enjoyable stay.
