“The second floor has absolutely no sound damping so you hear everything. The bed forced you to the center because it is so wore out. I normally don't complain but these issues are to tough to ignore. I found the room spotless and the gal I spoke with was excellent and helpful.”

The young lady at check-in was very friendly, accommodated my husband's request for a first floor room without hesitation (due to his leg issues). The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean - soaps, towels, hair dryer were all supplied. The hot water lasted to the end of my shower. Pillows were soft, fluffy. We view the Monarch as a true gem for the city of Moscow. We will not hesitate to stay at the Monarch the next……

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”
