Lots of fun activities in this peaceful and relaxing Farmhouse. It is beautifully maintained. The displays of artifacts from the early farming era were amazing!We are returning again and again!!

This house was amazing. So many little details from a past long gone. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Our city dog was so excited to explore the property.

Back Again

We stayed here during the summer and liked it so much we wanted to come back in the winter/spring. It was just as wonderful! We loved the fireplace and we were able to use it since it had just snowed and was chilly outside.

Wonderful Get Away

Our family had a wonderful time here when we were in the area for some events and camp drop off. Very comfortable home, with lots of cute touches and things for families to do together. Owners super responsive to questions during our stay.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked! The property is equally beautiful, and as much as we enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the birds, our dogs enjoyed it even more. The converted garage and barn set this property apart from all others! We can't wait to go back

Family get away

We all thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was homey yet spacious. Beautiful oak trees and scrub jays. The owners put a lot of love and thought into giving the guests a special living and entertaining environment.

Relaxing & fun farmhouse!

This farmhouse in Julian was as-advertised. Very cozy and comfortable inside, with lots of games both in the house and the out-building, and a well-appointed kitchen. If you have dogs, the property is great for them to run around. Owners were friendly and prompt in communication.

Beautiful Farmhouse

My wife and I stayed with our 3 boys at the Julian Farmhouse. Courtney is a great host, the house and property are beautiful. The house has everything you could need. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Another great visit.

Many upgrades to the property make this a top Julian destination. The furnishings are first rate with recent upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen. 3rd time visiting this property and it gets better and better.

Perfect family getaway

We are a family of 4 adults and we brought our dog. It was perfect! The house is charming and well stocked and met all our needs. Our dog LOVED the huge yard and we had perfect weather. The house is an easy 5 minute drive to town but we rarely left the house as we cooked and enjoyed the fire We did puzzles, watched movies and played games. The Roost game room was so cool! We didn’t spend too much time there but probably would have if we stayed longer.

Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect house for our family trip to Julian for a wedding. The amenities were spot on, from the hot tub and hammock for relaxing, to the pool table, shuffleboard table, and horseshoes for fun. The hosts thought of everything, right down to the tray of snacks and wonderful-smelling soaps on each bed. The beds were super comfy, including the pullout sofa air bed, and the neighborhood was quiet. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Large fenced property. Great for dog. Peaceful quiet comfortable and clean. Had a challenge with propane oven host responded immediately. Great for family gathering. Close to hiking mountain and local wildlife viewing.

Relaxing Retreat

The Farmhouse is truly a very special place! We really enjoyed all the special touches the owners have put into this adorable home and all the wonderful extras that were part of it. We enjoyed using the sauna, the jacuzzi, playing darts, horseshoes and exploring the 2 acres of land along with our dog. The Farmhouse is truly a very unique and special place and we are so happy we were able to stay in this wonderful, scenic and well kept home. Fun Getaway

This is a hidden gem! My family enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities that they had at the place. Big property (dogs loved). They had beautiful kitchen appliances as well-which was really nice, because it made a difference in cooking. The house was decorated for the holidays, and the place felt very homey. We would definitely love to come back.
