"We had a great stay at Novotel Schiedam! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing night. The location is convenient close to the highway, Rotterdam, and Vlaardingen, yet still peaceful and surrounded by greenery. "The property wasn’t as listed in that there was only one toilet. Also the booking was wrong and we were charged for an extra day. No one would remedy this even though I noticed it over a month in advance. We were asked to make our own beds and remove the linen, empty the dishwasher and remove the garbage or we would be charged. The single beds were not comfortable and were hard to make with flat sheets that were too small for the bed. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Just not quite what we expected.,"
