"We had a wonderful stay at the Residensias Samara. We were at the beachfront location and our room was overlooking the ocean. The property is brand new and it was immaculate. Our room had a kitchenette and we were able to make our own breakfast and lunch and enjoy it on our balcony while watching the action on the beach. The property is right in the middle of town so we easily walked to the grocery store and to all the great local eateries for dinner. The hotel provided beach loungers and umbrellas for our use on the beach. It was very quiet at night and we slept well in the comfortable bed. I would highly recommend staying there and I would happily stay there again myself."

"Pool was great and we loved the view. Easy drive into Islita and down to Playa Islita.If you go, also worth the 20min drive to Mar yTierra (BBQ spot that was the best meal we had during our stay in Costa Rica). "

"The staff was exceptional. The location and setting was exceptional. But some things were substandard. Breakfast was boring and same every day. Eg no croissants or breakfast pastries, only bread for toast. No cheese or cold meat or fish selection. No variety of fruits. Rooms were spacious but… no closet, no hangers. No place to hang clothes, no place to hang wet towels and bathing suits. Huge balcony with a tiny two-seater couch with no cushions. No cushions on the indoor couch either. A little attention to deal would go a long way - no tea bags in room. No wine glasses. "

Casa Pacifica is a short walk to Playa Sámara and also within walking distance to Playa Carillo - both are beautiful beaches. Easy and prompt communication with Sámara Rentals. Great vacation. "
