"The staff at front desk was absolutely accommodating!! Bummer the slide was closed considering I brought my granddaughter for her birthday because of the slide in the pool!!"

"Motel style inn off the street connecting Plymouth and Kingston. Inconspicous entrance and semi private. Family run place who takes pride in their asset."

"Breakfast: make your own waffles, toast, bagels, some pastries and mini muffins, cream cheese, yoghurt, jam, butter, coffee, tea, milk, apples and oranges. Good location when you have a car. I would definitely go for the balcony options as the waves are very close. Great view. Too heavy use of Febreze and air freshener. "

"We have stayed here many times after getting married here in 2020. The splash pad and pool is perfect for our 2 young children. This last stay was probably our least favorite stay. The hotel is under major renovations which we didn't know about until we arrived. During our stay there was a dryer lint fire that filled the hotel with heavy smoke. my family and I were napping on the 4th floor where the smoke detectors failed to sound. We only got out of the building cause I awoke to the smell of smoke. Checked the hallway and saw the emergency lights flashing but no alarm sounding. Called the front desk no answer then looked outside to find several fire trucks and first responders. I woke up my family and we ran down the stairs as the fire fighters were running up them. very scary to stay somewhere that had malfunctioning fire alarms especially somewhere we love to return to. If the fire had not been contained we could have had a very serious situation. Will never stay anywhere unless we are on the 1st floor after this experience."

"The place was wonderful with windows that opened for fresh air. The bed was more comfortable than our own and the bedding was fresh and beautiful. We would stay there again in a heart-beat if we're ever again in Plymouth. "

". The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were three people staying in the room, but there was only enough towels and face cloths for two people. I went to the pool with my toddler and there weren’t any towels. I went to the front desk to ask for some. The woman said she would be right down with towels. We got in the pool about 15 minutes later the toddler was cold and wanted to get out and there’s still weren’t any towels. We went dripping back to our room, freezing cold."

"Stayed 3 nights and the location is great , checking in and out fast and easy great host and fast response would highly recommend very clean has everything you could ever need feels like home! Will stay again for sure thank you for everything!"
