“This was a very nice stay with an excellent cleaning staff and a customer service phone staff that helped me get checked in.
Checking in was a horror story as I do not have a smart phone and did not have internet available as I was travelling. NO WHERE in the emails I received at home indicated that I needed a smart phone to check-in. The reservation was made and paid in full (for a stay on 11 May 2026) in Dec 2025.
The property was spectacular in every way, but the check in experience……
