DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!Being forced out of your rental by 7:00 am every morning until NO EARLIER than 3:00 pm because they were literally jackhammering the tile in the units both next door and above you? Having the noise level far above the level of an OSHA violation? Having Ms. Lopez, the personal property manager, lie to you over...and over...and over again? Have to say...not a fan! Is the unit lovely? But when I am forced to admit I spent $7,400.00 for a nightmare? Again, not a fan. Did Ms. Lopez, the rental agent (not the amazing people of Mahala), outright lie to us, lead us on with deceptive practices, and then give me a âzeroâ for âcommunicationâ when I was in constant contact with her? Oh, yes! â...thatâs why it was discounted...â Nay, nay, little buffalo! This unit should have been deemed uninhabitable! And you knew that! I even told you that my beautiful daughter, Sara, had Williams Syndrome and could not handle loud, piercing noises. You ASSURED me there would be...let me quote you...â NO DIRECT IMPACT ON THIS UNIT.â Wow... Liar, liar, panties aflame. Shame on you! Shame on the new owners for allowing you to mislead us! Ask the GM for Mahala. They KNEW the noise was unbearable - THEY INFORMED YOU! They were shocked it was even rented out! You continued to lie, deceive, condescend, and mock us. Do not tell me about the âMahalo Spiritâ Princess. Do not pretend you did not call me on the 7th and lie to me about the work schedule. Do not ever again say you hope the workers, who did nothing wrong, would be visited by bad luck for just doing their job. You are not Hawaiian unless Kirkland, WA, has moved. I only hope those same bad vibes you wished on them follow you down the path. Final answer: REFUND MY MONEY!
