“Great location, amazing view from our room. It has a hot top and 2 pools, one of which has ocean views and has a pool bar. restaurant located on site, the staff of the resort are constantly cleaning and making the experience memorable. Lots of markets nearby, food truck market right next door, and a grocery store right next door. Even during a tropical storm the staff was outside in the slower rain cleaning up. Being a private unit at a hotel resort, the hotel staff seemed hesitant to help out……

“I recommend this property as high as I possibly can! My feelings for this property is so high, that I could not say a negative word about any of it! Book it! A bit more detail: My oldest daughter (15) was excited to go to Maui and see sea turtles and within 1 min of checking in and going to see the amazing view there was a turtle swimming just a few yards out in the water. We would watch the sunset as often as we could on the lanai (porch) and just listen to the waves come onto shore.……

“The host was wonderful, and the resort was amazing! The king size bed was very comfortable and a bonus! We had everything we needed! It was a great location! The unit itself was a little musty. Other than that everything was perfect! They provide a wagon for beach chairs and that was a game changer! We would stay there again!! The beach was great for snorkeling and we saw so many turtles and whales! ”

“Amazing! Natalie was very easy to work with and helped with my questions before our arrival. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with every possible dish and drinkware that one may need. The lanai was lovely with two tables to sit and a BBQ. "员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。"
