“Great location, amazing view from our room. It has a hot top and 2 pools, one of which has ocean views and has a pool bar. restaurant located on site, the staff of the resort are constantly cleaning and making the experience memorable. Lots of markets nearby, food truck market right next door, and a grocery store right next door. Even during a tropical storm the staff was outside in the slower rain cleaning up. Being a private unit at a hotel resort, the hotel staff seemed hesitant to help out……

“Very clean room, and the property team communicated well. The door lock wasn’t working at first, but they replaced the battery quickly, and they also fixed the cabinet lighting. The location is great with shops nearby, plus easy access to the beach. “Unit could have been cleaner. The floorboards were dirty and bathroom ceiling was dirty and dusty. We struggled with check in, it was dark and we could not see numbers on the lockbox. Due to the heavy rains, the patio windows were leaking heavily. Epic Realty brought us towels and a plastic container to catch the water. We used every pan in the unit to catch rain, left Epic a message, no response. We will never rent from Epic Realty again. Beyond disappointing! ”
