“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Great location, amazing view from our room. It has a hot top and 2 pools, one of which has ocean views and has a pool bar. restaurant located on site, the staff of the resort are constantly cleaning and making the experience memorable. Lots of markets nearby, food truck market right next door, and a grocery store right next door. Even during a tropical storm the staff was outside in the slower rain cleaning up. Being a private unit at a hotel resort, the hotel staff seemed hesitant to help out……

“Very clean room, and the property team communicated well. The door lock wasn’t working at first, but they replaced the battery quickly, and they also fixed the cabinet lighting. The location is great with shops nearby, plus easy access to the beach. The pools and hot tub were also very enjoyable.The only downside was that several additional fees and charges weren’t clearly reflected in the advertised rate. parking and gym access were not included, which made the overall cost higher than……
