“We stayed at one of the Signature Residences at Maui Banyan for a quick getaway and honestly wish we'd booked longer. Check-in was seamless — instructions arrived well before arrival and the keyless entry worked first try, which matters when you land late and just want to drop your bags. The unit itself is in great shape. Kitchen had everything we needed (good knives, real coffee maker, not the sad hotel-style stuff), the AC was quiet and cold, and the lanai caught the afternoon trade winds……

“Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! Bed is comfy but squeaky. Cons The walls are thin so we could everything upstairs and around. The only mirror in there was a small one……

“Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there.……

“Grand Champions exceeded every expectation. The property is beautifully maintained with lush tropical landscaping that instantly sets the tone for a relaxing Maui getaway. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed — the kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the lanai was the perfect spot for morning coffee. The location in Wailea is unbeatable: quiet and private, yet minutes from world-class beaches, restaurants, and Shops at Wailea. The pools were……

“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……
