"Got here a week after the Kona low storm, so I don’t know how thinly stretched the staff was. The check-in staff was very nice, I overheard another guest, trying to navigate the fact that the water was out in their building, fortunately was not out in ours. Our room, however, had strong smells and smelled heavily of disinfectant which we think was trying to disguise food smells. There was an old noisy oscillating fan to provide some air movement and our ceiling fan didn’t work. The room overall was not clean, but the bed was. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Our family of five fit perfectly in this condo during our spring break trip. We experienced a Kona Low storm during our stay that altered a lot of our plans and we spent more time than wanted at the condo. Thankfully we didn't run out of power like other condos and the management communicated very well during the whole storm to keep us updated on happenings with the condo. Thankfully there were some games and a puzzle to keep us occupied while rained in the couple of days. When we were able to get out, this is a great central location to all the activities. We also walked to many places to eat. The breeze that flows through with the fans also keep the place cool and had no trouble sleeping at night as it cooled down."

"Four Seasons is worth every penny, every time. They are excellent. This property and the service is unmatched in the area. I stayed all of last week and then came back. Staff is so excellent. Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars."

"Property isn’t as nice as advertised. Very dirty when we arrived. No communication from staff during storm, no resources offered when we had no water/electricity. Asked for partial refund and received no response. Would not come back here or recommend!"

"We were a party of 6 spread into 2 rooms. We were in the tower, which was fine- although not that convenient since we were at the kids pool everyday, which is on the other side of the resort. The housekeeping service was excellent- never disturbed us - always working around when we were out. Rooms were left tidy and clean. Mostly, we spent our days at the kids pool. Chairs were plentiful and service was top notch. Easy to order lunch and drinks without having to go anywhere. Pool was really awesome for kids to play at and the water slides were great. Always kept clean and accessible. Towels and complimentary sunscreen were amazing. Our kids also enjoyed the lobby area and games room. We had a family member babysit kids in this area while we went for dinner and it was easy to keep them all entertained. The resort shops had nice beach wear and the store has whatever you might want. We didn't rent a car and felt that we had a great time staying at the resort all week. Small groceries and hot/cold deli is available across the street at Island Grocer. I would have liked a fridge that was a little bigger. The shops at the mall across had nice summer clothing and I bought some new pieces there. We ate at the buffet a few times and the food was delicious and the value was good if travelling with kids 5 and under. There was low cost DIY laundry at the bottom of tower- which we appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday!!"
