"The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful, especially the bell hop and valet. Our room was not nice, directly over the loading dock which was very noisy, we didn't pay for a view because we were only there one night but the bathroom lacked cleanliness, the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. The bathroom in our room needed a deep cleaning or just a remodel."

"Got here a week after the Kona low storm, so I don’t know how thinly stretched the staff was. The check-in staff was very nice, I overheard another guest, trying to navigate the fact that the water was out in their building, fortunately was not out in ours. Our room, however, had strong smells and smelled heavily of disinfectant which we think was trying to disguise food smells. There was an old noisy oscillating fan to provide some air movement and our ceiling fan didn’t work. The room overall was not clean, but the bed was. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"The room itself was very nice, very comfortable, clean, equipped with all the utensils we needed, and very conveniently located just across the road from the beach. It’s on the ground floor, but doesn’t have a real seating area outside the sliding glass doors, which would have been perfect, but would also have made the condo more expensive. As is, it’s very nice, and convenient at a reasonable price."
