"We absolutely loved our stay at Sheraton Maui Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely immersed in the beauty of Maui. The location is incredible, waking up to the ocean views, spending time on Kaʻanapali Beach, and watching the sunsets from the resort were some of our favorite memories. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the entire resort had such a relaxed, welcoming island feel. We loved spending time by the pool, exploring the beautiful grounds, and enjoying the convenience of having everything we needed right there. The atmosphere was peaceful, the views were unforgettable, and it truly felt like the perfect place to slow down and enjoy vacation. Sheraton Maui Resort gave us memories we’ll cherish for a long time. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful Maui getaway!"

"I specifically seemed out a place with air conditioning, however the only thing or place that had air conditioning on the property was the rooms , in which barely worked. Everything is so spread out and not as advertised on the platform in which Expedia said. They also need to offer more areas for smokers instead of having to walk almost all the way across the property for a single spot"

"Location was beautiful! You only have to walk a short distance for some beach because directly out front of the hotel has coral reefs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our refrigerator was not getting cold so they had maintenance come right out to check and confirmed it wasn’t working properly. They offered to move us to another room for the remainder of our stay. The ONLY real complaint is that the rooms are priced the same but they do not have comparable amentities. I only know this because we went with 2 other families so we saw their rooms (and when they offered to switched out our room because of the fridge) But overall would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"We moved our stay at the Papakea resort. It was close to lots of things, very clean, and our room had a beautiful view. The light went out in our bathroom and the staff were quick to come and fix it which was great. A couple things that could be better with our specific room and not with the resort overall is that there was very little kitchen equipment and zero Tupperware containers. Lucky we weren’t planning to do very much cooking but it would’ve been a challenge if we had. The knives were super dull and had rust on them but we made due. Overall this is a great resort and we would come back but these are a couple things that if addressed would make this unit even better!"
