「Everything was great about this trip, but mostly our ocean front view and the location near Whalers Village. It was fantastic. The listing was accurate and everything was great in the place. My only complaint was the lack of service at the resort -- new Covid times means there is no service at the room. I asked someone to come and remove my trash and was told I had to take it out myself. And our room didn't get cleaned -- but that's not the fault of Vacation Candy or the owner, that's a Marriott...

「The property was great and easily accessible to Whalers etc. Would certainly recommend it.」

「Nothing short just of perfect, only downside was the lack of a full sized lanai to be able to enjoy sitting out and watching the sunset.」

「This property was absolutely beautiful. I recommend staying here as it really made the trip for us!」

「Our unit and the entire Maui Marriott Ocean Club were outstanding. Facilities were great and the rental process was easy and efficient.」

「Location of property is great, close to shopping and dining. Staff is very friendly and offered cart ride to shopping center when we appreciated. The property offered fun family activities for the kids almost daily. Aside from those positives, our stay started out rough as we opened up extra bedding bag to make up the sofa bed for our kids, there were several dark red STAINS all over the sheets - I was shocked and disgusted they would prepare this for new guests. New sheets were eventually...

「Our reservation was for "Garden/Island View" but we actually had a beautiful partial view of the ocean! The resort was clean, not crowded (despite the parking garage being very full at night) and the employees were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the North pool and hot-tub daily and the easy beach access is a huge plus. We never had trouble finding pool lounge chairs any time we went. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing - we saw a sea turtle each time we went out. The rooms were...

「Everyone there were amazing. What a wonderful vacation!」

「It’s a very beautiful place and a very family friendly. Restaurants, beaches, relaxations.」

「Location and pool area are fantastic but the food at the pool bar is awful. The hotel needs updating too. The elevator and hallways smell old and musty. Our washing machine didn’t clean the clothes at all and the oven literally took 30mins to preheat. We had an ocean view but it was not direct and for what we paid for the room, I felt ocean view was false advertisement. You can’t see it from the living room. Bartenders and staff were fantastic though.」
