"Love the location of the hotel which connects directly to Kagoshima Chuo station. The room was spacious for large luggages. The self-serve luggage storage before check in and check out was a breeze. We didn't even need to interact with a staff. This hotel offers great value for the ones who need the convenience and the comfort to make a great travel experience."

"Usually the hotels in Japan is very small, and I expected that. However, one thing that astound me is that when I didn't select if I want a non-smoking room, which is usually a no brainer in the States, I got assigned to a smoking room automatically. I was trying to get a replacement for non-smoking room, but the clerks were not helpful. They didn't even try but just say, I am sorry."
