“It was as good as a motel 6 bed was comfortable and my beach front condo as it was described was a room facing a mountain that you couldn’t see passed the forest of plants in front of back patio and the ac unit was very old and loud but served its purpose”

“Be warned that even tho you can book thru Expedia the property chastised me in capital letters to never communicate thru Expedia. Perhaps put that in the listing. Also the kitchen had 2 forks and spoons only. The pictures look nicer than it is”

“Fast, easy to book online. Response to accommodation is great. only wish we had more time to stay longer. Overall very happy and pleasant stay for our two young boys 4 & 2. Ground floor unit, close to pool, dumpster and parking stalls for easy access. On site room manager/housekeeper lives right about room. So fast response and concerns can be asked and taken care of fast. Example: we just got into the room, Janelle came down to let us know that there would be a pest control technician coming……

“The biggest issue was the confusing check-in process and inaccurate listing. The actual condo had a different name from the one shown online, and it was located at a different address than the location listed. We had to dig through Expedia messages to find the check-in instructions, and it took us nearly two hours to figure out where to go. When we tried to contact the property the office was already closed, so no one was available to help and we felt completely stuck.

“Kevin has been an amazing host. My first time in Hawaii and first time in Maui and I couldn’t have a more pleasant experience. Kevin has been very communicative from before even landing in Maui. He provided so many things for us to really enjoy our stay. The apartment was very clean and put together and was the perfect oasis on the hot Hawaiian days. Kevin also gave us so many suggestions (all great btw) that we used throughout our 9 day trip. Already looking forward to our next stay. The pay it……
