Perfectly located ground floor unit on the 1st tee of the Fazio Course with the Turtle Bay Club House out your back door and beautiful sunset views. The lovely 2 bedroom with a loft and 2 bathroom unit has tile flooring throughout the unit. Walk-in shower upstairs and tub/shower downstairs. Screened-in lanai. 50" TV in the living room and a Flat screen TV in master bedroom. Window A/C units in both bedrooms. As well as ceiling fans throughout the unit. Free WIFI and calling in US and Canada. Wheelchair accessible. Lots of comfortable seating area in the living room. Sleeps a total of 6 with four twin beds and one King bed. Well-appointed modern kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances. Spacious, roomy condo. Perfect home away from home. All linens and towels are provided. This property also has pickleball, basketball and Tennis courts.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

The condo was clean and beds comfortable. The washer and dryer was convenient to have in the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the birds and enjoying the breeze. Kitchen had pots and pans for cooking, which was convenient for meals in. Will definitely keep this property on our list for future visits.

Great location if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Many things to do within a 30 minutes drive on either side of the island. This unit needs many updates. Cabinet door hinges were loose in both bathrooms and kitchen. Downstairs bathroom shower floods. Light switches were a little confusing and some didn't work. Living room furniture could use a good cleaning. Unit gets very hot during the day, air conditioners only in bedrooms and they struggle to keep things cool in those rooms. Though there is a nice cross breeze in the evenings to help cool things down a little bit. We very much liked the property but wouldn't stay in this unit again until updates were made.

Wedding Stay for 5 Adults

Nice property that we were able to book at the last minute when our other VRBO cancelled out. It was well located and well appointed for a family stay. The property was clean and there was lots of room for five adults. The outdoor covered and screened lanai was especially appreciated. The description online was accurate. If you plan on cooking make sure you bring all your condiments and spices as well as spare paper towels and toilet paper. There are plenty of cooking and serving utensils. We would stay here again - 5 night stay in mid April 2025.

Family stay

We arrived late due to rental car hold up in Honolulu. The host still had not sent check in details, but I did receive gate instructions from Kuilima Eststes so didn’t panic yet. On arrival we could not get in to unit and could not phone Kuilima Eststes as they were closed. Tried emergency number but no one called back. We booked with Vrbo so used the 24/7 chat line to see what to do. They were very helpful and tried communicating with host also but no luck. We were advised to stay elsewhere for 1 night (all very stressful). The next day Kuilima Estates were able to help me with check in - still no contact from the host. Positives: Lovely unit, easy access to beaches. Negatives: very noisy lots goes on between 12am-6am take good ear plugs. Light comes in 2 rooms early (room with ensuite is good) - darker curtains would be great. I would book directly through Kuilima Eststes to avoid the stress we went through. Lost a day travelling as we were so tired the next day, but we made the most of it best we could. Love the North Shore

Great location, perfect for where our events were for the weekend. However, it was a bit dusty, upstairs bathroom hand soap was empty, not enough trash bags, we had to wash the dishes prior to using them, dryer had hair and lint hanging from it once I opened it to use it. The community was quiet and nice. Lots of good food and places to check out.

Too Hot From Texas

We absolutely loved the furnishings and quality of the condo except the air conditioners didn’t blow cold air at all. We drove back south and bought fans for each room the first day (and left them for future guests). We gave up on the window units immediately, they were useless so the condo was like a hot house. The porch also has termites - my daughter attempted to sleep on the sofa since it was cooler downstairs but woke up with termites on her face. The proximity to Lei Lei’s and the pool were perfect and we were here for the outside anyway so we still had a blast. Spring for some window units and treat the porch for termites and this unit is golden.

This condo was perfect for our needs. Short walk to the beach, many trails to explore, beautiful grounds. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Grocery store isn’t far. There are several beaches Nd activities to do in the north shore and this condo is close to all of it. We drove to Huanama Bay,swap meet, koko head trail. The drive isn’t bad it’s actually nice to see the scenery. There a really good of places to eat and several shops in Haleiwa. Don’t forget to grab a shaved ice with ice cream and beans - Matsumoto’s.. Go snorkeling in the bay just a five minute walk. Sharks cove is also fun to snorkel in. Watch surfers at beaches close by. Dole plantation and Polynesian Culture Center are close. So many other things..... We had a wonderful trip!

Bad Property Management, Great Location

Worst VRBO we’ve had and we’ve been coming to Hawaii and doing VRBOs for several years. Only superficial cleaning. Hadn’t been deep cleaned in a very long time. Old furniture. Found toenails in carpet. Junky beach stuff. Worst was not being able to get in unit due to door code issue upon arrival. Called after hours number and main number with NO RESPONSE until the next day at 11 am. Turned out there were two door code lock boxes so we figured it out on our own thankfully. There were no instructions about this and very little else. AC upstairs works but loft master is so hot it’s barely effective. And worse of all the dryer vents its hot air directly into the room and doesn’t vent outside at all so it becomes miserably hot when using the dryer. On the upside, Turtle Bay is awesome with lots to do and great restaurants, pools, trails and beaches. The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful but she’s not given enough time to deep clean between renters. The property manager is rude and unresponsive. My advice is spend a little more and get a different property at Turtle Bay.
