"I guess we got the old rooms. Too bad. Had i known I wouldn’t be in a room that was pictured in your website, I certainly would NOT have chosen to stay at Red Feather. Carpets were old and dirty. Air vent was filthy. Smelled stale. Not even a single bar of soap available for washing hands or showering. The ‘closet’ was a metal rolling luggage mover with blankets on top. The exterior of the building is very worn and off putting. Very disappointing "

"We arrived at 2:35pm and there was no line at all in the check-in station. The staff said they could not check us in until 3:00. When I returned 10 minutes later, the staff had checked in several guests even though it was not yet 3:00. When I came to the front of the line, the young man treated me rudely, like I was encroaching on the rules, but still checked me in. Our room itself was clean, but the area around the room reminded me of a run-down kids' camp. The dining options in Yavapai were overpriced and unremarkable in taste and value. Extremely disappointing for the amount of money we paid. C'mon, guys, do better. "

"Great stay. Comfortable bed. Clean room and public spaces. Plenty of parking. Hot fresh oatmeal w continental breakfast. We were able to check in early since the room was ready. Friendly helpful staff. Walked to nearby IMAX and restaurant. Would stay here again. "

"Great location, quiet, and the resort has beautiful--old bones and landscaping. Our room was equipped with lots of nice amenities and bed was comfortable. However, everything was old and in need of updating. In room TVs are outdated. They don't connect to smart streaming devices. Parking was an issue in terms of finding it near where you are staying. The ground's waterways needed cleaning and the adult pool's bar was under construction. This was not disclosed prior. Staff was attentive."

"Just an odd little place…. Some rooms have outside entrances, some are interior entrance.. they offered the WiFi code.. but then noted “it’s down right now”.. I asked when it would be up..?! He said “probably not until Monday” (2 days away). Very pleasant staff.. but.. yeah.. bit funky for us "
