We,ve stayed here before. We come to Arizona every year to see family and visit the Grand Canyon. The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. We love Williams and the train. We will stay here again.

We reserved 2 rooms, and they were both very nice. The property and surrounding areas were also nice. My only complaints are the pool was very cold, and facilities were or looked inoperable. It could have been my oversight, but I did not realize there was no elevator. Your check in staff worked well and were able to accommodate our friend who was disabled. Thanks for a great time, Scott

Positives: The staff were friendly. Check-in was seamless. Our stay was quiet. The location was convenient. Negatives: We found hair in the sink, the air conditioner was very loud, and the window only opened a fourth of the way. The hallways were very stuffy.

Wow. Somehow I was in a suite room at a budget price (134 + taxes). Very roomy, jacuzzi, living area. Great bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a few hot options. One morning the breakfast area did have more people than seats and tables.

Stay started a little rocky. Anna worked and got everything taken care of. She is truly an asset to this hotel. Recommended places to eat and to see. Always greeted us with a smile when we returned from our days adventure. Rooms were neat and cleaned. Fresh towels delivered every day. The only negative is the space allotted for breakfast seating. Gets busy and crowded. Will stay here again when we return.
