“To her credit, Andrea was accommodating of our late arrival of the ferry. However, none of the electrical outlets were working, resulting in the fridge leaking on the floor and we could not charge our devices. She was not happy to be asked to remedy this at 8 AM in the morning. The price included breakfast. I was greeted at the front door without a smile, and you would’ve thought I was imposing upon her to provide a breakfast. There was no napkin, I had to ask for utensils and she forgot……

“We stayed at the Highliner after we were told the building had been renovated. Construction could still be heard late into the evening. We checked in and the windows looked like they had been cleaned with a cloth. The floors were quite dirty and neither of the room cards worked for the door. There is no AC in the building which was a bummer. Beds are very firm, old, and thin enough you could feel the springs through them. We would not stay here again”
