Paradise! Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed two weeks in this incredible home. The view is awesome and we really enjoyed hanging out in the patio, pool and spa. Communication and check-in were seamless and we had no issues at all. The kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms are fully stocked, neighbors kind, and location ideal.We enjoyed the convenience of walking to the Holua tennis courts as well as to the port for snorkeling with manta rays (through Seaquest). We'd recommend hiking the "Devastation Trail" at Volcanoes National Park, to Captain Cook monument, and to Makalawena Beach. There are plenty of nice beaches like Hapuna that are accessible by car as well.

Nice house

This is a very nice house. The kitchen is well appointed with nice appliances and accoutrements. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. The patio is an excellent place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the pool is super cold and the spa does not work. The golf course lawn mower will wake you up very early, but that was only one morning. The AC is good to have as the breeze does not run through the house very well, but it is set to not cool down past 74 degrees. So for those of you that like it cooler at night, this may not be for you. Overall, other than the pool, it was an enjoyable stay.

The physical property and grounds are very good. It's a great place to stay while staying on the island. Check-in was a challenge. The door code was not updated from the prior visitor. So the code we were given was not the same. Kudos to the employee who called us back quickly and solved the problem. But after a long flight and dealing with this in the dark, it was not the best start to the stay.
