Small and quaint bungalow located on the third story of a complex. The space was clean and rather cozy for our needs. Other than a panic of a double booking from another platform than VRBO, it was smooth sailing.

Great stay in Kona

Grant’s place is clean and very comfy! We loved the mattress and appreciated things like the smart tv. We had some issues with check-in, but luckily Grant was quick to respond. If you have a car, this is a great locaton. If you’re on foot there isn’t much within easy walking distance (except for Da Poke Shack, which is THE BEST!) but you can still get to town in 20 min or so. If you have a car, it’s perfect. I wouldn’t have hesitation about staying here again.

Loved this for our weekend trip

This place was clean and cute and had all the things we need. Came over for a short triathlon from Maui, enough room to assemble our bikes, loved the shower speaker. The bed and sheets were super comfy. Also loved the smart TVs too to watch all our favorites while we rested and recovered.

Upon arriving, instructions were spot on. Condo was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A quick jaunt across the street made for easy beach/pool access. Even the neighbors were lovely! The perfect spot for our stay in Kona. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

South Kona condo

Had a great time using this updated condo as our base. It is conveniently located to venture out to so many sites, beaches and restaurants. Located about 2 miles south of downtown Kona and restaurants which we enjoyed. Easy Uber ride to downtown to avoid parking fees and enjoy a few adult beverages. Our host was very responsive and offered some great suggestions for dinner and tips on sites to see

Clean 1 bedroom condo with full kitchen and all amenities in kitchen. Coffee, creamers, and some other food supplies provided. Easy parking but across from units on the ocean. Good rapport with owner with easy check in process. Would recommend for Kona stays and 2 to 3 people at most.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en la web. Tiene todas las comodidades tanto en cocina como en habitación y baño, en el cual hay incluso bluetooth y luz de ambiente. Esta muy bien cuidada la comunicación con Grant ha sido rápida y con todo tipo de consejos y ayuda para hacer la visita lo más placentera posible. Comfortable, quiet property in great location

We stayed for a week in early August and enjoyed it very much. Clean, quiet property on top floor with no road noise, always available parking, and no noise from people walking above us. AC in both living area and bedroom were quiet but cooled fast. Bed, linens and comforter were soft and very comfortable and closet had dozens of hangers. Lots of soft and high quality towels and soap, cream, etc. in bathroom. Got good sleep due to very dark bedroom blinds and ceiling fan. Lots of dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, toaster, and big refrigerator and microwave in kitchen. Lots of beach equipment like towels, chairs, umbrella, and igloo cooler.

Location, location, location

The updated, comfortable, and clean condo was no more than 2 hours from everything on the Big Island! We were able to walk to so many stores, restaurants and beaches. Then traveled 2 hours to Hilo to see the waterfalls and volcanos. We were 10 minutes from WalMart for snacks! The condo had everything else we needed and the owners left little jewels for local attractions that were extremely helpful!

A cool pad near Kona beach side.

ALoha, Thank you for hosting your lovely condo. It was home away from home. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. We got to use the kitchen to cook. We enjoyed the views and it's in a great location. I love the the tropical view with palm trees from the bedroom window, the sound of the roosters & birds in the morning and how close the ocean is across the street. Great beach towels & comforter. The place is great! They were doing some construction on the wall in the back, but by now I'm sure they're done or close to it. Parking was... interesting, but not a big deal.
