「This condo is situated perfectly. The pool and bbq areas are clean and calm. This is not the place for parties and loud music. The ocean makes the music at all times. Its very family friendly. Loved watching the conch shells be blown at sunset. The lanai has some creature visitors. Watched manya rays and tangs in the water. Would love to return」

「The condo is a little dated, as accurately shown in the listing pictures, but hey you’re in Hawaii! Go outside. The view is gorgeous. We saw a couple whales from the lanai, and slept to the sound of waves just 30-40 feet from the lanai. Arllen was very responsive to our questions. The location is conveniently near lots of things within a few miles in either direction. I can’t speak to the pool or hot tub as we didn’t use them. But, both looked well maintained and clean. 」
