Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this property. The views from the lanai were outstanding. Lots of space in the condo which was well appointed. We hope to return to this property.

Family pre-college vacation

We really enjoyed this property! I particularly loved the multiple sliding doors available to open and let in the ocean breeze. The view was incredible and the location is quiet and a nice distance from town, but everything is easily accessible. We hope to come back and stay again at this lovely property.

Great location and views!

The location of this property and the views are amazing! Our family of 4 had a great time. The unit has no A/C so it can be a bit warm if you aren’t used to it.

Great first visit

Amazing view I would say the best on the island had a perfect spot to watch the Kona fireworks on the fourth overall the condo had everything that we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire trip and everything that the island had the offer the hidden beaches of the best in the restaurants up the street are convenient and I’ll pray provided satisfaction.

A very pleasant stay

Unit has dynamite views and the complex has good amenities. Some things needed a little repair or updating like the stove and outdoor furniture. Bathrooms had been recently remodeled and were very nice. No boogie boards but lots of child snorkels. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Spacious and luxurious

This property was spacious & luxurious with a large kitchen. The huge balcony area (lanai) was a fantastic feature and a perfect spot to enjoy the sunsets. The beach park nearby (Kahalu’u) was the best snorkelling spot we encountered on our travels around Hawaii. There were abundant colourful tropical fish & turtles. There are a few ok eating places within walking distance at the shopping centre nearby, however you really need a car to get to the main restaurants about a 10 minute drive up Ali’i Drive. There is a car park assigned to each unit. The grounds were beautiful & felt safe & secure.

Reviewer Comments: The fact it was so close to the ocean and the impact of huge waves breaking on the black lave rocks induced vibrations in the building and detracted from the peace and quiet of its location. But the power of the ocean was impressive. Salt spray accumulation made things damp and has begun corroding the aluminum door/window exteriors.

The location of the unit was so peaceful - only the sound of the ocean, but it is also conveniently close to a shopping area with restaurants, drug store, and grocery store. We had some ant problems, but the management was quick to respond. Overall, it was very neat and clean. You have your own parking space which many condos don't. We definitely recommend this condo!

Beautiful Ocean View

The location of this condo provides one of the premium views in the complex. We enjoyed watching the wave action on the lava rocks. Very comfortable size for a multiple week stay. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets (actual beach towels would have been nice). While the kitchen is very functional, the appliances are really in need of updating. You can't even see all of the numbers on the stove knobs. We would also have appreciated a cooler, dvd player and nice beach chairs & umbrella (those provided were very flimsy). With these few updates, this would be a five star review.

Reviewer Comments: PROS: Great location!Updated kitchen and newer cabinets throughout; multiple ceiling fans; plenty of towels and some beach equipment; beds OK. CONS: NO AC; Bugs (live and dead); construction in condo below us during the week; dirty windows; Patio furniture at end of life; WIFI stopped working 3 days before the end of our stay. Would still recommend just for location but would set expectations.

First time to Kona....very nice

Beautiful location, view was stunning, and overall the condo was very nice. A bit disappointed that the main master bedroom bed was unmade, and the washer had towels in it when we arrived. Balcony, amazing by the way, table was very dirty when we arrived. Did get property manager to send maid in as wife and I went shopping. Nice and clean, including balcony once we returned. Property manager texted me that they would give back our cleaning deposit, but that did not happen. Also, we were NOT aware the complex was next to the KONA Country Club. We ended up playing and it was great. Would very much come back and stay here if we come back to Kona. Mahalo, and Aloha
