Location location location

Great place, overlooking the beach and the ocean. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops. Management company was very receptive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Kona!

Just Right!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little place! The beach view and sound of the waves are so nice. I generally kept the sliding doors of the balcony open with just the screens in place for that pleasant ocean breeze. Only used the AC a little at night to cool things down for sleep. The bed was quite comfortable, and I was happy to be able to choose from a selection of pillows of various thickness and firmness for just the right one. I made good use of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare many meals. Having a filtering water pitcher in the fridge was a nice touch so I didn't need to buy a bunch of plastic bottles of water. The surface of the coffee table raises and extends--very handy for the few times when I needed to jump on my laptop. Hope to stay here again during future visits.
