"I stayed here for one night after completing my hike up Mt Shirouma, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The onsen was incredible and really helped my muscles recover. The entire facility is clean, well-maintained, and thankfully uncrowded. A great bonus is that they offer laundry facilities free of charge—though I didn’t end up using them, it’s a fantastic amenity for hikers. The room design is excellent. I loved the sliding door that separates the bed from the sink area. Unlike the cramped hotels you often find in Tokyo, the space here is incredibly generous, with more than enough room to fully open and lay out your luggage. Highly recommended for anyone heading into or coming down from the mountains!"
