"Amazing hotel! Huge rooms, perfect private onsen with awesome oceanfront location, and the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen, that I'll be dreaming about for years to come! 20 mins easy bus ride to Hakodate station."

"Room is fine but lack privacy. CCTVs monitoring guests outside door and inside. Great seafront with waves 30 metres away but the 8 Dec 2025 earthquake (and advisory for tsunami) struck when we were preparing to rest. Had to walk far to get to mainroad. Have to balance between seafront living with safety."

"It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus."
