Place is a DUMP - Filthy Walls - Rooms stink - Sinks are cracked flooring is worn and torn. TVS out dated flat out DUMP.....Rooms not cleaned during the day. Pay extra and go down street to Baymont.

room was clean for the most part. random crumbs under the bed, light above the sink did not work. faucet handle was stained with something black. back of the toilet got so condensed it leaked a bit on the floor. no shampoo was provided. random things like the stairs to the 2nd floor and the covering over the air conditioner controller are falling apart and need maintenance. Complimentary continental breakfast was bare minimum and the milk for cereal was spoiled and the pitcher is was in had the spout caked with spoiled milk, did not seem like it was washed properly. check in attendant was friendly at least.

There was no telephone in the room, so there was no way to reach out to the front office staff. The TV was stuck on one channel and there was no way to figure out how to get it off of that channel.. the bathroom is very antiquated.

Please don't stay here! We're usually not picky about places we stay but this was just bad. The room itself was ok but after our journey to the room we didn't feel good about the place. To start the stairs are all torn up and wreak of something quite unpleasant (my husband said rodent urine). We literally had to hold our noses. The windows on the walkway were filthy and unkempt, not to mention the carpet. For some reason other patrons had all kinds of things lined up outside the door. Didn't make us feel exactly safe wondering who stays here. I am just so let down being this is a Choice hotel. This place needs to be inspected and completely refurbished.

The hotel is not kept up well. The halls and stairways really beaten up, new carpeting is needed in the hallways. However, having said that, the room was very clean, and the bed comfy. Room smelled strongly of smoke tho, and i know why. I saw other guests smoking in theIr doorways with the door open. They think that doesnt stink up the room? This hotel is suitable for a quick overnight if you're going to a concert at Warners; other hotels cost twice as much.

Staff was friendly as usual. It's your typical Econo Lodge by a highway. Ive definitely stayed in WAY worse for higher prices off of I-94 lol your stay is what you make it.
